After pressing, the leather is hand-dyed with aniline dyes that are infused with natural oils and waxes instead of traditional dyes and pigments. This gentle finish ensures that the dyes do not sit on the surface, but are absorbed into the pores of the leather, creating the natural vintage look.
Because this leather is only waxed and not sprayed with color, it is a particularly durable material that maintains its quality and color for many years.
